The villa
Where is The Fairway Villa located?
The villa sits in Beverly Place, on the Mexico–San Fernando boundary in Pampanga, fronting the golf course. It's about 15 minutes from the City of San Fernando, 20 minutes from Angeles City, 40 minutes from Clark International Airport, and roughly 1 hour 15 minutes from Manila.
How many guests can stay?
Three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 11 to 15 guests, with a 12-seater dining table for larger groups.
Is there a private pool?
Yes — a private pool, a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining deck looking out over the fairway.
What amenities are included?
A fully-equipped kitchen, 12-seater dining table, videoke, smart TV, air-conditioned bedrooms with fresh linens, fast and reliable WiFi, and free on-site parking.

How do I book the villa?
The easiest way is to book directly on our Airbnb listing, with live pricing and availability. For group rates, longer stays or special requests, message us on Messenger.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Earlier or later times can sometimes be arranged on request. See the full house rules for details.
Is the villa good for events and large groups?
Yes. Guests regularly book for birthdays, family celebrations, team offsites and strategic-planning sessions. The open living and dining areas, pool and BBQ deck are built for gatherings.
Is there a caretaker on site?
Yes — our caretaker, Kuya Tony, helps with check-in and any questions during your stay. Optional caretaker assistance for washing or BBQ help is ₱500 per day, paid directly to the caretaker.
Practical details
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you're welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas.
Is parking and EV charging available?
Free on-site parking is available. EV charging can be arranged for ₱750 per stay, payable via GCash.
How far is the airport and Manila?
Clark International Airport (CRK) is about a 40-minute drive (35 km). Manila is roughly 1 hour 15 minutes away (70 km) via the NLEX.
Where can we eat nearby?
