House rules.

The basics

• i. No smoking inside the house. Outdoor spaces are open and welcome a cigarette and a view.
• ii. Pets are not allowed. For the comfort of all our guests and to keep the home spotless.
• iii. Quiet time begins at 10 PM. From 10 PM, please turn the volume down so nothing can be heard outside the villa. Videoke and music can carry on at a low level — it just needs to stay inside, out of consideration for our neighbours.
• iv. Children must be supervised at the pool. An adult needs to be with children at the pool at all times.
• v. Treat the villa like your own. Please handle furnishings with care. Damages beyond the deposit may be charged.
• vi. Clean as you go. It keeps the space fresh and ready for the next moment.

Around the villa

• vii. Parking. One car fits inside the property and up to five more can park out front.
• viii. Towels and toiletries. Bath towels, soap and shampoo are provided.
• ix. If the power or water goes out. The villa has water storage, and a battery keeps the lights and internet running.

• x. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. We reserve this for genuinely serious cases — the rules above are simple guidelines, not traps.
